    A Note to Sagedil...

Sage, I know you're not a fan of løs snus, but I had thought this evening. I was driving to the grocery store to get my girl some cough syrup, right after I got home and shoved a big ol' pris of Skruf Stark Løs up in there. I had never left the house with løs in before... And I thought, this is what snus is all about.

You gotta dig this man. It's obvious how much you like snus. Said grocery store run was more than 1 hr ago and I still have the pris in. It is so delicious, and it's such a wonderful way of enjoying snus. You gotta give it another go... please. I beg. I know you can dig it. Skruf Stark is a perfect place to start, especially after how much you've been enjoying the Thunder. It's not as strong, as you know. It's easy to bake, stays put, and goddamnit it tastes so good. And feels so good in my mouth. I use a prismaster or handbaking, both of which suffice. No need to spend on an icetool until you're committed. (or if you're like me, no need) C'mon, I dare ya. It's only for your sake that I write this post. I know you love the snus, so give it another go! It's a dare. Finish a can. And tell us how much you like it

AFAIK, he has used it before. It just wasn't his bag (no pun intended)

I'm totally with you, Roo. It's going to take an exceptional snus to dethrone the Skruf. I don't get tired of it as my only loose, and competitors' attempts only make it seem better. But yeah, I'm pretty sure the Dill Sag was ultimately not a loose fan.

I know he's used it before. Just like I've used countless snuses and other amenities before, and originally thought they sucked, but changed my mind. I just wanted him to know I was thinking about him for good reason...

Just a prod to give it another chance, that's all. Thought you would wave the pom poms on this one...

            Gimme...

            Nope. Can't do it.

By the way, I just accidentally used the wrong, hollow end of the Prismaster to load up a pinch of Skruf, and it went all over the place. Hate when that happens. But it's still good!

Pristmasters are not my thing. Handbaking is way more affective than using a Prismaster. The shape formed from them is just too awkward. The beauty of loose snus is that you can modify it to your liking.

Loose snus is not for me. I always order a few loose cans with each order, but the visual extrusion from my upper lip leaves it solely for home settings. However, loose snus tastes exceptionally better than portion snus. I wish loose snus was for me, but I can't use it too often, since I work at a retail store.

Merc I like you... You had me looking up some crazy shit the other night on Wikipedia based on your interests as listed on your profile...

I am currently advocating los for home use. I too do not feel comfortable using it in public, unless I am merely running to the store, or hanging out with very close friends. Actually I take that back. I don't really care at all. Unless it's Grandma, or Mom... Not kidding. And I'm 30.

First Roo, I think it is really sweet that you thought of me that way. Made me smile today!!!

And as other have said, I have tried los before. A number of times over a couple month period in fact. the last time though was when I simply had ran out of portions. Buysnus, Swiss Post, bad memory.

The los saved my ass, but when my portions finally came, I truly knew I was really just a portions guy. I know I have said this many times, but I have a strong emotional reaction to the portions I don't get with los. Like individually wrapped buckets of happiness, each snus is like my special best friend. Laugh, but after two years, my snus thing is just a big part of my whole psyche.

                          BUT....

I posted last week that I do plan on revisiting los. It has been a year so time, and who knows, maybe I will love it more this time. Plus, I owe a special certain someone that I try Phantom Blue los.

I promise, in a bit more than a month, I will get three other los, and come here first and let folks vote on what los Sage should try in his grand los revisted tour.

But before, I loved Nick & Johnny los with the Skruff Stark a close 2nd

You'll soon be a member of the army, resistance is futile.
