N & J Lös ?

Yeah, N&J los was a favorite, and for some unspeakable reason, they stopped making it. No one ever found out why as far as I know.

This is the one discontinued snus that I have heard about that I am really sad I nerver got to try, sounds like it was really something special (lots of fans here anyway). Maybe one day Swedish Match will rerelease???!!

It's discontinuance was a bit of a surprise. I think it was fairly popular with Norwegians, and it seemed to have a good American following. I thought it tasted a lot like a Onyx lös.

It came out of nowhere. One minute it was my favorite loose snus. Then it magically disappeared. Luckily I found out in time to buy two final rolls, which I used slowly. I finished the last can this past December. Twas sad indeed.

However, even if it were still around, I wouldn't use it with the same frequency as I once did. I absolutely loved the flavor, but I don't need that much nicotine anymore. It was brilliant when I was first quitting smoking, but eventually I came to need less nicotine and settled into using the regular, 8mg brands almost exclusively.

It used to be the strongest snus. It is still the strongest snus that I would feel comfortable using. Anything beyond 14mg is just kind of excessive in my view.

It had such an amazing flavor. It tasted like strong tobacco with discernible licorice and vague caramel flavors. The portions capture the flavor to some degree, but it just isn't the same.

I hear the General Ekstra Sterk loose that should be available at some point online is similar to N&J loose.
