    I have been looking around online and I can not find anything stating either way they just refer to it as "moist tobacco" it must just be regular old spitting tobacco... I picked some up anyway - after using camel snus for about a week, all I can taste is that crappy artificial sweetener - I needed something different.

    I know they had the skoal pouches at the gas station as well - I wonder if thats spitless, it was 7 bucks for a can.

      first off, $7 for skoal is a rip off

      secondly, neither are spitless, but the pouches are so thick they might as well be.

      i think i read of a skoal snus being test marketed though.

            yeah. being someone who likes the juice it creates, i dislike the pouches. juice = flavor with that stuff.

              True... No I had gotten no flavor.... Which is in my opinion better that the flavor I would've gotten from Camel Snus and waaaaay better than what flavor I would've gotten from a cigarette (since my first experience w/snus they just aren't good at all anymore even after 9 years of being a heavy smoker.)

                Those pouches are NOT spitless, trust me, any saliva/juice produced must be spit. You can try to gut it, but this is fermented tobacco, and Grizzly is known for being high in TSNA and, worse, not having the expiration dates and consistency of freshness that Copenhagen and, to a degree, Skoal have. The pH is pretty freakin high on those things, so, if you upper lip them, you'll have a nic buzz in a few minutes. But don't leave the damn thing in any longer than you have to.

                  I used them on the regular shortly before snusing.

                  let it be known:

                  they are NOT spitless
                  they have what I'd guess is 2 grams of tobacco in them
                  I used them while working inside, and I had to use them above my canine teeth on the top side to minimize spitting, and still had to spit about every 10 minutes
                  provided a full-body buzz, I've only been able to replicate with grov black and skruf stark since

                    Well apparently I have done little more than to prove as to how much of a rookie I am in the world of smokeless tobacco. I hadn't even considered it until about a week ago so I really haven't much of an idea... I probably read just about every darned thing in this forum though and I just needed to get something other than Camel Snus to get me through the day's until my orders arrive... I currently have three orders in already 2 separate orders at northerner and one in a getsnus...

                      Swallowing dip juice is a bad idea. The irritants and TSNAs in dip will irritate your stomach and could possibly cause cancer in the long run.

                          I used Grizzly WG pouches for about a week last year. I actually liked it, and never had to spit. They're a little on the sweet side, but alternating a salty snus with Grizzly is pleasant.

                            I've used American pouched dip in the upper lip, I agree, it's very spitless when you rock the top lip, though we Americans aren't very accustomed to doing that, or we're just dumb and like the way our mouths look with a bulging lower lip. I can't do the lower lip thing, I always feel like I look like Tom Petty... :shock: :?

                            As for Grizzly and Timberwolf pouches...YUCK, I'll stick with "Swedish" and longcut US dip like Grizzly mint longcut
