Old School Snus Cans

I found a gallery of 22 old-school snus cans of popular brands and others I've never heard of. Perhaps a Swede could educate us on these brands? Its funny to see the retro designs of snus cans. Here are a few examples:

I really like the old Grov and Ettan cans. I wish that Goteborgs Rape were still available as a regular portion. The old Catch cans are hilarious.

Funny that the Goteborgs Prima Fint cans haven't changed at all. I've always liked the simplistic label.

Forgot where the link is but it was a picture of really old Ettan cans from before they went from oval to round. Me will look for it.

How old are these cans? I see that they have the crappy, brittle plastic top that breaks in the mail and when you drop them. I kind of miss the metal cans from V2.

I love those old Ettan cans. The oval ones just make my mouth water for more... Ettan.

Still have a few, sadly empty, Landstroms cans lying around. Although they were plastic they had that cool oval shape.

I like the big "barrel" in the back, now that looks like it would hold enough loose to last a couple months or more.

I remember a friend of my family came to visit us in the States from Sweden back in the '80s. He snused and brought a roll of loose with him, which he politely asked to store in our freezer while he was here. Pretty interesting for me as a kid, and I still remember the smell of it, kind of salty and fishy. I've been wondering for many months now what kind he used. I have a vague recollection of the packaging, but from the old cans I've seen I think it was General. He was also good at the hillbilly method. Someday I'll find out what snus it was.
