Snus recipe?

I do not need whole translation - just information if it is recipe for making snus from dry tobbaco powder (Dry snuff) and additional components?

I did an english translation for this fellow so if you would like a copy please let me know. He hasn't got it posted on his website but he was kind enough to give me all the "ingredients" that he sells.
