    No more Strongut or Rocker

    Just got an email from Buysnus stating: "We are sorry to inform you that the production of both Strongcut and Rocker has ended and we can no longer order it from the manufacturer. " :x
    WHY? Strongcut is/was one of my favs. Good thing i still have six cans left in the freezer. I guess if i want a good nic jolt in the future it will be Onyx or Offroad Strong (which i haven't tried yet) or Nick and Johnny (which i also haven't tried yet).

      Ya i got the email to. I have not tried either of them though so i am not really worried. I recommend nick and johny. Personally its probably the best i have I have tried so far and it kicks real hard. The tast in my opinion is amazing also. I have been searching for brands i like a lot lately so i have been trying just about everything i think i would like or what others recommend. So far N&J is probably what ill be buying rolls of.

        This is odd news. I thought Phillip Morris had bought the brand? Maybe they decided to scrap it in favour of their own brand names? I see they'll soon be trialing a Marlboro Snus in the US (one of my old favourite smokes)

          Yeah, I got this sad news not too long ago myself. :cry:
          I never tried Strongcut, but I did end up getting a can of Rocker black from one of my 'random rolls' from them (buysnus).

          I really liked it, and had planned on trying the menthol. Granted, I'm from KY, and you can barely walk into a gas station around here without seeing the word Wintergreen, but...well...perhaps that's why I'm not really interested in the wintergreen snus flavors. I come from a background of smoking Menthol cigarettes, and was really interested in seeing what the Snus world had to offer as far as a nice, straight peppermint flavor went.

          *sigh*

          Ah well. Here's hoping that there's something else to take its place. Though I gotta say, I really liked their cans and the fact that they were all vacuum-packed and stuff.

              Metropol, eh? 'Course it's a white portion, and I'm pretty certain that the Rocker silver wasn't (if anyone can confirm different, I'd be glad to concede defeat.. :wink: ).. I'm not so much a fan of white portions, but if that's all there is, then I guess that's what I'll have to go for. :P
