lol, I think most people on this site are aware of what SNUS is and how famous and highly rated General Snus is in the snusing community.

However, I TRIED TO ORDER THAT FREE SAMPLE FROM YOUR WEBSITE AND I NEVER GOT IT, ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS. Is this a scam, has anyone else got their free sample they ordered? Hell I got a General White portion in right now but I would like to try what other flavors they have, free lol.

Welcome to the forum! It is good to see Swedish Match participating in our online discussion forum devoted to snus. I personally am excited about General being sold in the U.S.

I ordered and received my free samples. I want to say it took about three weeks, or maybe a tad less. But yes, the offer is for real, and I have it at home.

But.... You get a sample of like 4 different kinds in these little envelopes that contain 3 snus each. So not much, just be prepared.

And welcome...Swedish match....Sort of. Umm, we have been here forever and you just now come with a straight sales pitch?? Not really the best way to make an entrance here.

Truly free samples, where you don't even have to pay for shipping, tend to take awhile. 6 to 8 weeks. At least that's been my experience.

I they're getting it out in 3 to 4 weeks...... God bless them.

Interesting, I checked the website a week ago or so and there wasn't anywhere near me, but now there is a place just a little ways away that sells general. Wonder what the price is like...

It's $7.99 per tin at the tobacco shop near my work, but Seattle tobacco prices are among the highest in the US. Although this price is absurd compared to what we pay ordering online, I will buy a tin every now and again to support this shop in particular, which I really like (Tobacco Patch on Yesler, downtown Seattle), and to a lesser extent, to support the General rollout.

Our days of the best-kept secret in tobacco use are over... this tobacco shop displays the General fridge right in the window, and the guy there says they are actually selling the stuff -- after one week he has sold "many" tins. And as I posted once elsewhere, the issue of Rolling Stone a couple months ago featured a full back-page advertisement for Getsnus.com, extolling the virtues of snus and showing pics of General and some other Swedish brand, can't remember which. Funny though, to me at least having come to snus before Camel, that Camel has succeeded in mostly turning folks on to the real deal 8)
