Yes, yes, nothing less. Yet another snus newbie ("snubie," if you will) posting on SnusOn. Firstly, allow me to thank you all for your colorful, yet amazingly insightful posts. This forum truly is THE BEST source for snus information available on the Internet; a veritable endless crevasse of useful snus knowledge. I've been reading posts, researching the tips, tricks, recommendations, ins and outs of Swedish snus on this website for weeks now. I thought it high time for me to register this very eve because... As if it were Santa Claus, the ever faithful USPS mail delivered to me today a gift anxiously awaited (a free sample can from getsnuss.com, for $1), my very first experience with genuine Swedish snus is a can of General White Portions.
Initial Snubie Review (as the suspense builds, this is very exciting):
Bergamot (citrus) with an overlying ammonia type smell synonymous with moist tobacco. Graphic explanation: Almost Copenhagen long cut soaked in earl grey tea... only more mild than that sounds. For me? Quite enjoyable for being my very first attempt at actual snus (besides Camel). I cannot wait to to commence this adventurous Swedish snus journey.
One question: What is this extra cap thing on the lid used for??
Thank you to all,
Rev. Quemador
