    Anyone ever have this happen?

Hi, I am new here and have had been lurking for a week now and finally decided to register.

Anyway, I had quick thought for you all. Have you ever received a can with a manufacturing error? I got one from getsnus.com (I'm sure it wasn't their fault) in which one of the portions was halfway out of the can when it was closed and sealed. The seal itself was actually crammed down on and around the portion, making it fairly discreet until you go to use your nail to open the can. Thanks to the nice people at getsnus I will receive a replacement can soon, but I just found this odd as I have never experienced anything like that with american dip in the past.

So to sum it up, what weird experiences have any of you had with getting a can of (seemingly) good snus?

hmm..thats odd. Packing mistake I guess. Was it still sealed good? If not I'd just toss the tin, because they ship all the way from Sweden in dirty factories and stuff.

getsnus is really cool with fixing any problems you have. they were great to me!

I don't know to be honest because I haven't opened it yet, haven't needed to, ordered a bunch of other stuff with it. Plus, I wanted to be able to show them a pic if they asked when I called to get a replacement. I just happened to notice it by chance when inspecting my new goodies hah.

        Welcome to the forums!

What brand was it? I've had a couple of Swedish Match brands like that in my most recent shipment. It probably means that their packaging equipment needs to be recalibrated. I just toss the weird portions and use the rest...

Thanks for the welcome! It was indeed a SM product, CatchDry Euc to be exact. Perhaps someone in Quality Control was busy baking a new pris when our cans went through haha.

            Welcome to Snuson existone

Rare, but not unheard of. Something like that pops up every few months.
