it's the newbie thats been here about a week and i just got my first order of real swedish snus...a can of catch peppermint portion, a can of general extra sterk portion, a can of Göteborgs Rapé White Portion, and a can of Thunder Frosted Extra Strong portion. i really like all these so, knowing that, can anyone recommend some other good snus?

I would recommend you try some Offroad Cranberry if you like Cranberry juice/sauce/Cranberry stuff... If you enjoy the General Extra Sterk, all General products will please you. It's probably my favorite brand overall.

If you like gotesburgs, go with some roda whites, good stuff. Also from the General E.S. territory, I'd recommend Grov Black, anything Grov is great.

Claq qui, Granit, roda lacket, Gote Rape, Skruf Stark whites, Onyx is my favorite snus, it's a must try.

Welcome buddy! A few strong ones there in your first order...ES and thunder...wow. I recommend trying some general original portions or white. Same flavor, but the white version is a bit milder and cleaner (less drip). General is the way to go imo. Grov is VERY similar to general too. I love the stuff! If you want a no flavor added tobacco, try Ettan. I like it alot...a bit on the boring side, but is great when you don't want anything too sweet or salty.
So here's my list for you.
1. General Original
2. Ettan
3. Grov (original or white0


I heard General Onyx is amazing...I haven't tried it yet, but it will most defiantly be in my next order.

just enjoying real snus, and thanks. yes, it is. why, you like them? because i'm sort of obsessed. i'm refinishing my sg shaped acoustic electric as we speak.

Welcome to the board! I think most of the good suggestions have been covered already. Grov black, Grov (white or original), Ettan if you enjoy strait tobacco, Roda Lacket for something fruity.

U can never go wrong with General white portions. Especially when munchin on a tasty boosh, right after the show.
