Thanks for the details on the Camel Swedish. I'll look for your writeup on Snuscentral.

Considering other American tobacco brand names have done all right in the Swedish snus area (Lucky Strike and PM 1847, even tho Lucky Strike is made by British America Tobacco) I am thinking the biggest challenge Camel faces here is making sure people are aware of this fact. If Camel had come out with a Swedish snus first without going into America with a watered-down snus, I don't think anybody would be concerned about the quality or the flavor of the Swedish stuff.

Then again, if it weren't for the Camel American I wouldn't have discovered snus, and I wouldn't have explored the real stuff, and I wouldn't be as happy as I am today with it, so I guess there's something to be said about it.

I wish I knew what the nic content was in those mini's. I never tried toboca either so hopefully it's not bad. I also threw in a roll of thunder frosted because I love that stuff. With the first time customer discount code snuscentral had a way better price than buysnus after shipping and everything. Never used snuscentral before so hopefully they have decent shipping times.
Thanks for your order! Yes, we do have excellent shipping times and customer service. If someone disappoints me, they are forced to use Camel Frost for 24 hours. They never make a mistake again! 8)

I believe the nic on the Taboca mini's is 6mg but I could be wrong. I can tell you they ARE metal cans and very attractive! I received them in my order yesterday but haven't had a chance to try them yet.

Also received a roll of Thunder Frosted; isn't it great? My Camel samples are in-transit too so it will be interesting to see how they taste.

Thanks again and enjoy your Snus!

        Sincerely,

        UNZ

I have to say, I have ordered from Northerner and Snuscentral and I received my Snuscentral order in 4 business days (all the way to FL). Northerner has taken a week the first time and it is up to 6 days for my most current order.

The Bag O' Snus thing on Snuscentral is nice and cheap. I bought three cans and they ended up being General White, General Sterk and Roda Lacket portions. Good for the money!

Getsnus has the best delivery, just the smallest selection.
Snuscentral and buysnus are the exact same thing. Unz buys it at wholesale prices at buysnus, makes his own prices and keeps the difference. There is no snuscentral warehouse or anything like that.

Damn it when i placed that order northerner didn't have the camel snus. They still don't have the taboca mini's though so I still would've went somewhere else. I am also still waiting on northerner to correct my bonus points. As far as snuscentral being the same as buysnus thats fine but if you do a price comparison on my order between the two you will see the difference especially after the 10% discount for first time customers that snuscentral has. Also the shipping at buysnus was twice the cost of snuscentral for the exact same order.

They show as in stock now 8)

Even factoring in the first time discount from SnusCentral, Northener was still cheaper for my order, plus I got bonus points.

                Woo! Hoo!

                Lucky Strike
                Pall Mall
                Camel

                and now

                Odin Flavors!

Times are great to stop smoking and start SNUSZZZZING!

I don't expect Camel Snus to taste like Camel cigarettess.

Lucky's and Mall's Snus do not really taste like their counterpart - that is not a bad thing. As long as it tastes good (and relatively inexpensive with correct numbered portions/size).

                  Camel snus from Sweden

The Camel snus from Sweden is being targeted at Swedish 'General' consumers, and will most likely have a bergamot/citrus flavor.

The can looks like the LD Black can because it's the same can from the same plastics factory in Western Sweden. It's made in the same factory in Vargarda, Sweden as all LD and Gustavus products.

It is NOT the sweet Camel product which is now sold in the USA.

As mentioned, Camel as a brand is owned by RJ Reynolds in the US, and by JTI worldwide. JTI and RJR are completely independent of one another, and their exclusive strategies for Camel brand do not coincide.

JTI in Sweden is the former Gallaher Sweden.

I got my Camel brand snus today. It is good....just not earth shattering as I had hoped. If you like LD or Gustavus you will like this....very similar flavor.

So let me see if I got all this straight: the Japanese are making a quintessential American brand and selling in Sweden to Americans.

Pretty bad when the American Companies cant get something as simple as snus wrong.

*Note* - I mean easy in a non-offensive way. I would just think with the history snus has companies would embrace it instead of manipulate it.
