Snus Review - Discreet snus

Tom hooked me up with some samples as well.

I've only tried Emerald Ice and Strawberry thus far, here's what I think.

I find the product similar to the Camel product.

+ - the portion size really lives up to its name. The portion is not detectable under the lip. Great for work meetings.

+ - the portion is very comfortable under the lip.

- the flavor is very strong, too strong sometimes.

- Emerald Ice and Strawberry are reminiscent of candy.

+ - the nic is noticable, I'd say even more noticable than General Dry Mini Mint.

+ - Tom kicks ass. He's eager to promote his product and will gladly send you samples in prompt fashion. Took me 3 business days to get them. I even suggested making a General-like citrus/tobacco flavor, and he sent me an Orange sample after stating, "that is a difficult flavor to replicate. Try this instead."

Tom is definately a great business man. He actually seems to care about what people think of his product. He doesn't just throw it in the stores with the whole "Here's my product, if ya don't like it then tough" attitude.

IMO Discreet is far superior to what Camel has to offer, and I wish him all the luck in the world!

Tom is definitely a kick ass businessman. i sent a request over the weekend for a sample and woke up this morning with an email in my box saying it's on it's way. wow! 8)

looking forward to trying this snus, got some neighbors i want to try it too.

Got some samples as well - Great Job Tom!

So far I've only used the Strawberry, but I can definitely see myself buying some more and carrying a few in the ashtray of more traditional stuff (Loving Lucky Strike Original Portions right now) as a nice change of pace.

For the record, while candy-like (and that isn't a bad thing) it's the closest to real strawberry "candy" flavor I've ever tasted - and it lasted a long time. Compared to Camel's US snus - this pisses all over that garbage.

Good idea. I will take a box of the Strawberry, a box of Cool Mint, and a box of Emerald Ice.

you will be able to order discreet @getsnus shortly. tom told me. he said that it will take about 10 days for them to process the shipment and bring it online. he said that the shipment has been sent.

tom, in my humble opinion, is real. as real as this snus is. he is a domestic manufacturer of our beloved snus, and not part of the camel/machine.

Just got my sampler. Even the envelope was discreet... handwritten address, no tobacco labels, pretty nifty :wink:
eighty free portions, I'm pretty psyched about that 8)
little worried about the mini size, as I've found that 8mg is the perfect size for me. I suppose double packing won't be out of the question.
I'm excited about trying this after reading all the reviews...seems to me Discreet is the only Ameri-snus actually made with pasteurization.
Dunno how I feel about the little zip-bag, I like the cans. But hell, Discreet is discreet! I can't wait!

I really like the zip bags. I've had one in my purse for almost two weeks and the portions are still good. And the bags are small and don't take a lot of room.

Just got my sampler from tom and have to say what a good guy. From a business prospective i think he is gonna do really well. Quick response, and definitely generous with the samples (pretty rare in todays world)

Im leaving for hawaii tommorrow at 5 A.M and was hoping my snus order would arrive on time for the trip but alas, it wasnt to be.

But wait!! Whats this in my mailbox?? Discreet snus Now im not too stressed about my snus supply (i figured the six cans i had MIGHT get me through the trip) but with this in addition i think i will be golden.

Give it a try guys if you havent already. Tom at least deserves that :wink:
