Wow, that really works?? Damn, now I wish hadn't posted so much about how I loved them.
BTW Tom, can you give any estimates for when Grape, Pear, and other new flavors might be available commercially? For me, no rush, Discreet is just a part time deal. But I am pushing a girl know, a singer who knows she needs to quit the cigarettes for her voice, to try Discreet. Am giving her two packages next time I see her. But if she loves it, I'd imagine she might really prefer the diversity the new flavors will offer.
BTW, this is a girl have a major crush on. See how much I already trust Discreet to not let me down.

Full Flavor
So appropriate to follow my last post with this....
So everyone knows I am a huge fan of Discreet. I have posted frequently about it, I love Strawberry and Peach, not a huge fan of either Emerald ice or the other Mint. Great, as good as I have had of that type, just not a huge mint fan. And I super loved the Grape and Peach I was lucky enough to try. And yes, I even fall over myself kissing up to Tom, both publicly here and privately via e-mail.
So let me just say this.
Good God, Tom, what were you thinking. You still haven't released Grape, but you released this???? What were you thinking. Please tell me, in any of the taste tastes you had anybody do, did anyone actually like this???
LOL, so I think we have established. I am NOT a fan of Full Flavor.
I am a loss to try and find words to describe what I am tasting. all I can come up with is it tastes a little mediciney?? I have no idea what t s supposed to be. I thought maybe it tasted a teeny bit like the old Camel Spice, but that was for about two seconds as it quickly became unpleasant.
Tom, just not good. Your company, but can only advise that I think this could hurt you. If this ws the only one someone tried, they might not discover how good the rest s. Yeah, I think it is that off.
So now everybody, let me just say this now.
Do you believe me now when I say I only will post the truth as I see and taste it???? When say the rest of Discreet is that good, I really mean it. cause if I didn't, this would have been what I posted.
So let me finish with one last thought. If you haven't tried Discreet yet, think you are stupid. tom s sending out free samples, won't cost you anything. I would never actually say this directly to your face. But if you admit to me that you still haven't, after everything so many have posted, if you haven't at least tried this yourself. I may not say it directly but I will sure be thinking that you are stupid.
But don't say I didn't try and warn you if you decide to ever try the Full Flavor. And finally, really, one last thought....... Hmm Tom, maybe thist was the reason you aren't sending it out in your free samples??

I didn't get the Full Flavor in my sampler either, but was curious about it. Sage's post doesn't bode well to me for ordering it. I do want to try the grape though. I don't care for grape flavors usually, but I don't care for Peach either and the Discreet Peach is one of my favorites. Pear was ok, Juicy Orange should be made for sell ASAP. I like mint, so I really enjoyed Emerald Ice, Cool Mint is ok, not a fan of strawberry, and apple was delicious.

Personally, I thought Discreet Full Flavor snus was the worst snus I ever had. I would discontinue it. Now, and I don't mean this as a slight at all, and I could be wrong too, but I do have the impression Tom does not like or use real Swedish snus himself. I say this because of the flavored snus he has made, and the yechy Full Flavor, and when I sent him some General snus, he said he didn't like it. Now it's all cool and all, if it's mainly a business endeaver, I wish him all the best, that why I made my suggestions, trying to get a non-flavored snus that would rival the popular Swedish brands. Please forgive me if I am wrong.

There is only one brand of snus I can't stand and thats 1847.
Full flavor smells like 1847 on steroids and tastes like an 1847 portion got mixed with some funky dirty undies and swirled together with some week old sweet tea.
All the others? Kick ass. This not so much.

Full Flavor is okay by me -- too sweet for frequent use, but okay -- but okay, I'm a snubie so what do I know?
It does get musty-tasting around 30-40 minutes in. And I wonder what the flavor it's "full" of is supposed to be. (Mouldy figs?) Could it be the base flavor of the rest of the Discreet line, just kicked up a notch or two? I imagine tasting it, toned down, in the flavored varieties. I'm no fan of strong non-tobacco flavors, but worked my way down the Discreet counter display from Full Flavor to the others just to see where ol' Tom might be going with this stuff...

Gonna have to agree on the full flavor dislike. Believe it or not this is one of the first non camel snus's I tried and it almost ended the snus trip. After doing some research, I discovered that a local tobacco shop carried both general and discreet(smokers' friendly if anyone cares) I went in and got a can of each general as well as Full flavor. Thinking that I'd had enough of the sweet stuff via camel frost, I went straight for the full flavor discreet.
So, the first non camel snus I ever put in my mouth was full flavor. Keep in mind, I was fairly snus ignorant at this point. I was thinking I would adapt and tried several more times. I'm not gonna go into details, but I was not reacting well at all to this flavor. Thankfully, at this point I did the general, which was much more mild to me.
Long story short....I will have nearly 90 cans in the freezer/fridge by the end of the week, so I'm glad I didn't stop there.
That said....EVERY other discreet I've tried I've liked!!!!!! This is a great product all around. I can't wait to try the Swedish Style!!
A thought and question for Tom, I'm with quite a few others here in that I'm not a mini user. Even with the discreets I now use daily..I use 2. Not sure of the equipment and or manufacturing issues that might apply for full size. Given this, would it be a simpler process to introduce a loose?
Being the greedy bastard I am, I would love to see a full size swedish as well as Loose but would settle for either to start lol.
Besides, based on his reviews of the swedish style, that might actually get Sage to give loose another shot hehe.

A loose variant would be interesting, but I don't see it happening, because from how it appears to me, the tobacco base in Discreet is not moist. Swedish made snus, for the most part anyway, is the moist base tobacco, portioned up. I think if the base could be moist, and the cut/grind would have to be good for loose too, to snus, it could be really good, and I believe would make the snus better in portions, esp if full size large portions. The main problem I have with Tourney is they are totally dry, but just imagine them if they were moist? They'd be 100 times better. I think if the Swedist Test of Discreet could be large portion, and from a moist base, and I'd add a hint of pepper and some citrus notes, then it seems it would be maybe great. That said, I do think the Swede test does have a good taste, and a million times better than the Full Flavor.

Oh god....I want to try the grape and pear now.
I really liked discreet's Strawberry and Peach flavor. Full flavor, I am with the others....not so much.
I am with the above poster....a los would be awesome in strawberry...pear sounds realllly good too.
Barring that, a regular size would be awesome. I understand the mini, and I use Catch every now and then, but I have to double them up.
I am really glad Tom is getting a lot of feed back. I also like that he is getting his brand out. He is obviously putting in the effort, and glad to see him doing well.
I think sending out the free samples really helped him get noticed. Keep up the good work!

SO...An American Swedish style snus moistened with Rocky Mountain Spring water...all we need is a crap load of tankers and we in business!
I'll even go stand next to a mountain spring with a large pris in and record a hearfelt commercial for Discreet Rocky Mountain Snus...Pure as the driven snow! Pure water, Pure Flavor! slogans just poppin out of my head now.
