    Frost and Mellow on Northerner?!

Interesting...very very interesting. They have Camel SNUS now (meaning Mellow and Frost)...

That and Grand Prix. I thought they might get Camel snus (the REAL stuff) but did not foresee them getting the US Camel version.

I saw that at 3AM this morning when i was placing an order. Funnies thing, it would be cheaper ordering it from Northerner than going to my corner gas station.

Well they do have an US warehouse now, so maybe this is what they have to do to get more variety from the manufacturers.

      Does anyone like Grand Prix?

Grand Prix? The only thing that snus is good for is to sooth the hemroids. And they taste better and have more flavor AFTER you use them. Just ask Xobeloot.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

I believe Grand prix is made buy the company that produces 'roots' in sweden. It would be worth a shot. :?

Out of a cannon maybe :^P

SnusAB is a third tier maker; the cheapest of the cheap. It would only be worth buying for the collector value of the tin, and that's only if you have to have *every* tin made.

              I had Grand Prix once.

I'm embarrassed I sent part of a can to someone in a trade.

It tasted like cigarette ashes in a used potato sack. Dry as shit and nasty.

Yeah thanks baker, I'm the guy you sent it to. But no worries (you might've also sent it to someone else), what you sent me was a freebie and I sent it to someone else, after I tried it... and spit it. Live & learn.

SnusAB has at least one kind i really like (or liked, I've just had 2 tins of it, haven't seen it in stores for months :P)
It was called Olde Viking or something, I enjoyed it very much. :P

So on impulse I bought a can of camel mellow at the gas station today, just so I can say I tried it. It also was 3.50 which wasn't too too bad, though still a rip at 15 portions. I can't believe how sweet it is. I mean, it is quite literally like candy. It tastes pretty good I guess, but if I had more than one portion of it a day I think it would make me sick. I love the tins though = )

                    Anyways, just my 2 cents.

I have been saying for a year and a half that Camel is a great desert snus. As long as you approach it that way, it's wonderful occasionally.

I think so also. It's kind of like a veggie burger. If you get one expecting a nice beef burger flavor, you're guaranteed to be disappointed. If you take it on it's own merits, without any preconceived notions of how it should taste, it's pretty damned good.

Its funny how REAL Camel snus is cheaper!

Camel Mellow (USA): $3.96 per can

Camel Original (SE): $2.92 per can

I definitely agree! I started with Mellow, and for that, I am forever thankful!

I haven't tried it yet. May throw in a can just for giggles the next time I order from Northerner. Or walk down to my corner gas station.

I come from the olden days, started using snus long before camel even existed. So I always knew what camel was when I first tried it. Other than a lack of good nicotine, I loved the old Spice. Still have a few left in a year old tin in my freezer. Nice thing about camel, it mostly lasts forever. But it's a fun snus. I was glad to try the new General mini mint, as I thought it was Sweeden's best attempt at a sweet snus. But still think the Camel is even better.
