Checking out Older posts is cool

I sat here last night bored as hell so I went all the way back to find some of my very first posts and man have my views and attitude towards brands have changed.

Anyone else whose been here for a while ever checked out your old posts and seen how different or even the same you feel about different snus.

I use Los about 85% of the time but I found a post where I had sworn off Los and actually almost sold my icetool..... thank god I wised up

I'm new here, but I know what you mean. When I started snusing a few years ago, I used minis exclusively. I also loved flavored snus like catchdry peppermint and such. I actually though los snus was too "hillbilly" for me, which just shows my ignorance, I supposed I associated it with dip, which is a mistake a lot of uniformed people make.

Now I mainly use stark/sterk portions while at work or out socially, and los 100% of the time while at home or in a comfortable setting. And I can't stand flavored snus!

Damn Grim, are you my lost twin? I did the exact same thing last night. I found my posts saying I wasn't that crazy about lös :^D My favorites are different now, but I don't dislike anything I once liked. A lot sure has changed in 2 years :^)

      Edit:
BTW, welcome to the forums Billy1!! :^)

I found the post where I had just bought some General lös in Denmark, the subsequent disappointment and the one where I vowed to try lös again once I got my Icetool. Now I almost exclusively use lös at home.

My favourites haven't changed because it took me ages to nail them down but now that I have them and I revisit some flavours on occasion I remember why I disliked them in the first place.

I have to say the one surprise I've had lately is how much General I've been using. GES lös and Original lös/portions in particular. Never thought I'd start to enjoy General this much. First the Ettan lös addiction and now General.....

LOL, maybe one day, I will look back and laugh at all my posts that said how much I loved portions. Of course, it might take me a few weeks to read them all.

LOL, I always browse the ancient lost section in these forums.

Listening to first impresions of certain brands, some that no longer exist, and hearing how views have slightly changed.

ONE of my all time favorites is reading zeros posts on Offroads snus when it first came out and how he could see it being a regular snus for him and now he says he despises it. lol

Also liked reading about Rocker/Roots and N&J Los.

Some of you new guys should skip to the last page of these forums and start from there and go backwards IMMEDIATELY, lol, and see how this community is helping to shape snus culture.

.... its a good thing

Heh, yeah. I thought Ettan portions were the world.

Nice to have a reminder when I stopped smoking. I'm already forgetting the quit date.

I checked yesterday to see how long I've been at it. Seems I had my one-year anniversary a week or so ago. Woo-hoo! Funny also to see all my experimentation in the beginning and all my typical n00b questions and comments. It was just so damn exciting!

Been struggling with cigarettes the whole year, and went through many attitudes about them. I'd like to think I've finally kicked them out of my life for good.
