As some of you know, my ice tool is on backorder. I had sent some emails to northener without getting a reply. I had sent them email on general question which most of the time went by the wayside. I wrote to icetool and explained the problem. I got an answer the next day. Thank you SAMI whoever you are. I am in your gratitude. Customer service is very important.

Do you know if the backorder is on all Icetools or just the one you ordered?

This wasn't a problem a few weeks ago. I ordered an Icetool on May 1 from Northerner, got it a week later. I got the stainless 3 ml version.

Good choice my friend... The stainless 3 ml is definitely one of the most desirable ones (they all are pretty damn nice so that is saying something).

Same boat as you. I ordered a stainless steel icetool from them over two weeks ago and it's still pending. Getting pretty frustrated.

I know the frustration. I believe its the only on. A shipment was shiped to them. I believe u can order direct from icetool. I have the prissmaster but it is getting stiff to use. I have one can of odens left. Two weeks to go before I can order. Anybody want to guess my mood :evil: :twisted: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

Since I'm completely impatient and horrible at not spending money, I went and ordered another icetool from GetSnus. Standard shipping, it took 2 days to get here (PA to IL).

I'm happy with it. I had been using a fat syringe as an icetool and it's not even close to the same thing. I didn't really realize how small these things were. 3ml icetool makes the perfect sized pris for me. It's still a bit of a learning process. I sometimes have difficulty getting pris in my mouth without it breaking, but I'm getting the hang of it. Almost through a can of Skruf Stark now.

Yeah, I just double checked. I placed my order on the 7th and it's still pending. Annoying.
