    Review and Swedish Contact

    Hello,

I ordered a mixed batch last order and I am half way through a can of "M by Mocca" white portions. Even though the nic level is standard the taste and response is like on of a higher level nicotine Snus. The taste is nice but the hit is so hard that I have an almost vomit response after about a half hour of M. I like it but only one portion at a time. (I am usually a 2 portion user.)

Was sitting at the General Bar in Barrett Barriro Phillipines. I'm sitting there twirling my can and drinking San Miguel Beer at the bar.

"Is dat de Snus. How did you find out about it? Snus is big in my country! National Heritage no one can take it away!"

Struck up a conversation with this Swedish guy and he does not Snus himself but loves seeing Swedish culture being spread around the World. Says he has a friend in Manilia that has it shipped in and without it he goes crazy. Also mentioned that Germany is the main push against Snus in the EU.

I told them Snus quit me smoking and that I had the bulk of mine shipped in from Sweden by the internet. He told me that "M by Mocca" is actually Danish Snus but since it was Scandanivian he didn't care. Also mentioned that Finland are the only Northern Europe country that does not fit in up there. Norway, Demark, and Sweden are best of friends and try to stay Independent from the EU.

White portions do last longer (in storage) and are great travel Snus when traveling.

M is kicking my ass though...

Swedish people are the salt of the Earth, friendliest guys in the World, and make the World a better place. Hats off to all of them.

    Exexpat,

San Miguel is my favorite beer (the little brown bottles). Nowadays, it's the only beer I drink. The problem is that it's my one remaining trigger for the reach-for-a-smoke reflex. How did you get rid of that? (Maybe "twirling my can" is the solution. I tend to keep it in my pocket).

PS: Although I'm in a different country, I'm only 304 miles north of Laoag (Luzon), which explains the availability of San Miguel here.

Luzon is in the P.I. isn't it?

I'm in the Subic Area. 340 miles north? Taiwan?

Snus totally cured me of smoking outside of the odd Cuban Cigar. When I drink I have to do something with my hands. I mess with the lids and spin the can in my fingers to pass time in conversation while drinking.

Snus is so much more potent than smoking and I do not have really bad cravings for nicotine like cigarettes. Try 2 at a time with a standard or mini portion and you'll be off cigarettes in no time flat.

Also, sometimes, I keep my Vitamin V with my Vitamin N in the cover of the can (but that is a secret and if you were here you'd know why). I seldom use the ashtray to store used Snus except on flights.

I usually hang out around Thailand and this is my first time here in the PI.

The girls think I am putting tea under my lip so it's all good.

      I love
      Odins Cinamon
      General
      Pall Mall (White and Regular)
      Lucky Strike (W&R)
and a bunch of others I can't think of at the moment.

Yeah, Kaohsiung (near the southern tip of Taiwan).

I'm going to try playing with the tin next time I go out drinking (cigarettes disappoint me these days, but it's something about lighting one that I guess I subconsciously associate with beer).

Vitamin V: North of 50, or is it because of non-stop partying?

          Party All Night Long!

South of 40 but I want to party all night long till breakfast. Helps also if you are hosting two ladies. The hard life of the international traveler affords no malfunctions.

I am so old (with old school habits) but young I might be British.

The smell of cigarettes (when I am smoking them) puts me off now. I can be in a room with smokers but the smell stays on my clothes now if I smoke. I've been in a very smoke filled bar and my eyes actually burned (never happened when I myself smoked). I was actually happy that happened because it was then I was totally a non smoker.

Smoking was kind of ritual. When I smoked a pipe (peterson, savinelli, and radichi) - all the tools and preparation. With cigarettes - the way you opened the pack, prep'ed the cigs, and primed the zippo. Using a cigarette or pipe used to illustrate a point.

Snus, although I carry a can; that is all I carry. I don't have to stop and rid myself of a cigarette before entering areas or look for an ashtray where you can smoke or even look for the smoking area.

It has freed me to move around. I've got two hands to play with the girls and the girl's girls.

Smoking while drinking is hard for most people but I chain smoked so Snus constant delivery is like chain smoking.

You'll get out of the woods and soon I imagine. San Miguel and Snus!

In 1988, The Revolutionary Council Declared
            San Miguel
            The Official Beer of the
            Provisional People's Democratic Republic!

Top 10 Reasons San Magoo is the prefered beer of all true citizens of the PPDRDG:

            10. By mid-month, the other choices were Schlitz, Olympia, and Pabst Blue Ribbon
            9. It was the only bottled beer on the island
            8. Deposit on bottles made the 3 environmentalists on the island happy
            7. High alcohol content - could be used start beach-party bonfires
            6. It only cost $4 per case - cheaper than Coca Cola
            5. When freeze dried and rolled in a cigarette paper, was only legal drug on the island
            4. Stubby bottle design prevented serious injury when used "improperly"
            3. Brought back happy memories of better days (and nights) in Olongopo
            2. There's just something magical about watching women drink beer from a bottle
            1. Is listed by FDA as "suitable substitute" for Viagra
