I've had no staining issues at all with the regulars but, on saying that, I haven't tried the General one you spoke of. I'm leaning towards the white portions more now-a-days but I'm liking the blacks especially: Onyx, Grov & LD Black (the best).

In defence of Oomph, I really like them for both the taste (all the flavours) and the size. They seem a bit smaller than minis but I tap all the [dry] contents down to one edge then fold the empty half over to make it more like a packed super-mini. This also stops them releasing the nicotine so quickly (which is rather the point of these purifieds but I like them for the size mostly because I use them at work - totally invisible). The one downside is that the pouches are more "slippery" than others; it's only a matter of time before I spit one in someone's face whilst trying to have a conversation...

Taboca mini-strong is a non-white mini and rather tasty it is too (and cheap).

I think stains depend on many factors.

Obviously good oral hygiene should be practiced whether you use snus or not.

That being said, I find if I don't have a beverage I tend to get more juice build up on my teeth. I make a point to wipe my teeth with my tongue or a wet finger after a snus.

If I have something to drink I swish a bit here or there.

Overall my teeth and mouth are in much better condition than when I smoked. No doubt. No bullshit.

Yeah, it's the same here. My teeth have never turned full-on brown or anything, but there is certainly some staining, that easily brushes away. I do the standard brush in the morning, brush at bedtime thing, and I don't notice any permanent issues. I also usually use a tissue to take out the old portion, so I give my two front teeth a quick wipe, and that takes care of most of it.

I have a question related to staining. All of my front upper teeth are porcelain crowns. Will snus stain the porcelain? My teeth cost me almost $7,000 so I'd rather not mess them up! (My teeth were knocked out by a baseball in High School, which is my I have so many crowns!)

My plates/dishes never seem to get stained no matter what I put on them.

You could always put them thru the dishwasher
