    Ice tool question

    Hi
    Can somebody tell me what they oil thier icetool with. would not vegtable oil get rancid? (aint using wd-40) so????????

      I have not heard of anyone oiling them. But I do not have one yet.

        I use olive oil after I wash it in hot water. Just a very small amount on the Oring. Not dripping, just enough to make it glisten. Others have had good luck with Chapstick, but I haven't tried that yet.

          WD-40 might give you a different buzz but I bet you triple your carcinogens!

              My tool was hard to pull back to pack a portion in if I left it together when not in use. Then I read that a little vegetable oil lubricrated it fine. But it still seemed to hard to pull apart. I stopped leaving it together after use and just lick the plunger before putting it together for use. Works just fine and does not stick at all. Have had a few friends look at me weird after pushing a pris home, taking it apart and licking the plunger clean before putting it back in my pocket. *LOL* But once they realize it is snus and not herion I am using they relax a bit.

                oil

                Use a drop of olive oil around the o-ring. Clean regularly. I clean mine about once a week. I spoke to icetool.com when I first received mine, about how to replace the o-ring and that's something they mentioned to do. That is, use olive oil.
