This is a little unsettling. I just started, damn it. What really sucks is that it looks like the closest General retailer to me is in either Columbus, Ohio or Charlotte, NC. Both of them are about three hours away. It looks like Pittsburgh has a few as well and I'm usually up that way every few months or so.

I hope I have enough time to try a good selection before this goes into effect.

Don't worry, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy. From what I've heard, the PACT Act would not go into effect until around Halloween, and it hasn't even passed yet. There will surely be an outcry from online retailers and that will complicate things very much.

RJR will probably take it to the Supreme Court, so if anything, if is applied to snus, it will probably only be a few months.

Plus I'm sure some people will smuggle it in.

I don't think you'll have to smuggle just drive a distance for awhile until Swedish Match picks up distribution.

Thank god I live next to Sweden, no need to worry about stuff like that, because the customs are 100% against that snus would be banned in every way@Finland, because the criminals would see a nice moneymaking there...

I can become a tobacco reseller with a tax ID and 20 dollars a year. I should open up a "shop" out of my house.

As long as I sell less than 5000 dollars per week its 20 dollars per year for the license.

Other than that I need a business permit and a state sales tax ID. I can get the business permit in like five minutes.

Can I help it if I get stock that no one buys??
