This is just ridiculous. we should be able to use whatever we want in our own body. Is that not freedom? Snus is almost harmless. What sucks is you can only stock up so much. Eventually you will run out. I have no intention of giving up snus anytime soon. I love it. I WILL find a way to snus even if they take it away.

I liked this forum when it was more laid back. But when people like DaveinPA come in here spouting off this nonsense it makes me wonder why I even stop by here anymore. At least keep it to the People and the World Around Us board where that shit is easily avoided with obvious thread titles.

I despise it as much as everyone else. BUT.....

I am good at keeping some perspective right now. Given what we all had to watch yesterday, given our (probably unfounded) fears that our beloved snus is gonna get snatched away from us, *some* folks are not exactly handling it the way I would prefer and are just venting, venting, venting here.

So......every time I see the political BS being spouted once again. Before I get too frustrated, I just remember this is probably temporary. Next week, next month. when we still have our snus, I expect Snuson wll settle back down to being it's happy little family agan.

I will be patient and wait for that to happen. And hopefully, set an example in the mean time by NOT getting drawn into the BS. No matter how much of it wants to just make me scream.

I'm pretty sure everything will be fine in the end. Whether it's Swedish Match stuff in every gas station or still being able to order from places like getsnus. Whenever anything like this comes around whether it's FAA regulations, gun regulations or whatever...it's never that much different after the fact. Everyone just wants to make a big deal about it on the news to get people in an uproar.
