Definitely more the mint than the nicotine. As you stated later on, Skruf hits harder; I have not noticed any "hit with a sack of bricks" buzzes using Frosted like I sometimes do with Skruf stark.

I like the burn as well...it's the main reason why I regularly order both Frosted and General Wintergreen.
