So, yeah, I'm youtubing it tonight. This is pretty damn cool - if for no other reason than these kids are doing this during class.

That's why I thought it was interesting. Why don't they just buy portions? And what's that liquid they're adding to it?

Edit to say that I looked at it yet again, and I guess that's not a liquid but a powder they are adding to it. Baking powder maybe? Hard to see detail in that video. Sorry, I just find stuff like this fascinating.

Yup. Snus is pretty high in Sweden now, and a lot of people have switched to lös because you get almost twice as much for the same price as portions. This has lead to what you see above, people finding cheap ways to make portions. Toilet paper and lös = poor mans portions.

True, but its kinda messy when toilet paper sticks in your gums rofl. :P

E: And when you try to take it off, the paper falls to pieces and voila! You got nice muddy mouth there. :P

There are also certain los varieties that are not available in portion form......that being said, it would still make less of a mess to just bake a tight pris. Or just use a prismaster/icetool to keep it clean...that's what they're for! :P

Uhm, what snus is that? Is it just me or does it look like a Lucky Strike lös?

I've made those before (without the baking soda), not for myself but for my wife. She uses snus too but only portions. Once in a while she wants some of my lös (if I use a brand that doesn't come portioned), and then I make her a portion out of a piece of tea bag. No problem, works like a charm.
