I keep my stock in the freezer, in zip locks. I keep about 4 cans in my rotation and they stay in the fridge. I have one tin that I use to carry around my supply for the day and that stays room temp during the day and I just throw it back into the fridge at night.
Snus storage at room temp.

I can see frostless freezers & refrigerators drying out snus -- they actually remove humidity from the air. I'm in Mississippi. It takes hours for my hair to dry after showering. Don't see how the ~80% humidity would make my snus dry out faster than if it was in the low humidity fridge...

Interesting video on keeping snus fresh. Notice a few minutes in on how deal with a forgotten tin.

Someone could do an experiment to see if it really works.

Well, for me, it's either leave it all out, or keep it all in the freezer. I've been keeping it in the freezer, and I haven't noticed anything negative about it. They arn't ice cubes, and are not "frozen". They "thaw" out just fine to me, and I throw the can back in the freezer.
