No, they are energy drinks, a mix of caffeine, taurine, guarana, and a bunch of other stuff, its like coffee on cocaine and steroids. lol

No thanks. I've been drinking energy drinks until December 2010 and haven't had any since....

They give me too much energy and actually make me nervous...... they're not good with a sedentary type of life regimen.......

If you're drinking energy drinks you really need to use the energy.... :^)

BTW went cold-turkey without any coffee for 7 days now (I've been drinking de-caffeinated capuccino) and honestly I only feel much BETTER.

And I was hooked on caffeine since 2002 .... a 4 - 5 cups a day habit.... (espresso)
