Kind of average for me, lately :-/ Although I managed to omit sleep entirely the night before. Then last night, about 10 pm, *just* as I was drifting off, the phone rings. Friend: "Hey, man! Oh no, did I wake you up?" It was another two, two and a half hours before I finally went to sleep. Grr :x Stupid me for leaving the ringer on.
