In other news ive upped the amount of canned foods lately and my blood pressure is down from 140/85 to 123/70, also cut out all exercise. So... Snus=good Spam=good, exercise=bad. w00t w00t.

Snusing some Lab 02 right now. I don't like the tin smell at all. Its very similar to the General regular ( cat litter smell). since I like the nic hit ill finish it but I wont be buying anymore of that.
