insomnia and I are old best friends. Given issues right now, hard to keep her away.
What's in your mouth right now?

Another Camel(SW) Original to be the last for the day. I have insomnia too, seems I always had it. I don't know if snus makes it worse, it's probably my high blood pressure. Really it's more like I want to savor all the day, as going to bed/sleep means faster to be at work, I know I should be grateful to even have a job, and I am, but it is not satisfying. Only 6 portions left in this can, and it's my only one, but I got about a can and a half of the whites in the freezer.

Another Gen ES pris. One click on the icetool. Trying to get the hang of this, and start small now that I'm through(?) going hogwild on this batch.

I do think snus has not made it easier for me. Although I have occasionally struggled with it for a long time, got much worse after I started using.
My "guess" is, while I could have a cigarette right before bed, that nicotine quickly left my system. Snus builds, so I have nicotine coursing through me for at least an hour after my last one. Doesn't take much to push me over the edge of not letting go.
I suppose I could have my last snus two hours before bedtime, but just don't see that happening.
