Never had coffee/vanilla, so I can't compare, but it's alright actually. It's extremely moist, so it can easily cause a heart burn, and packs hell of a kick, even considering it being a 12 mg. The taste is alright. It tastes like very sweet milk coffee, and not straight up black coffee. Goes well with regular coffee. -
