nowt, zilch i is free from such burdons as snus and nrt. if you wanna quit just go cold turkey, its really not that bad, a tad cravings on the first day then i saw the light and freedom followed. blood pressure is now perfect too pulse no longer racing. alls good in the world. some mild anxiety but that could be down to the three cans of redbull

General Loose Snus by Swedish Match - although I prefer the convenience of a portion snus I'll have to admit that this is a tasty product.

Here's another variety of General. It's called Tailored White. It's a slightly smaller portion which comes in a slightly smaller can and has slightly less nicotine than regular GWP. It's OK I guess but I'm not sure what purpose it serves.

I don't think that one is available any more. As I recall, the pouch was made of a very soft material Natufab(?) from plant fiber, the wave of the future that did not survive. Cool tin.
