How much do you snus?

It depends 3/4 to a full tin a day (for loose) if im using portions then easily a tin a day.

for ml, dunno. I haven't used my icetool that much. When i first got it i would go for te full 5ml each time. I just handbake (i keep my prismaster in my truck for those dirty hand moments). Any way the pris that i bake are probably close to 5ml maybe bigger, i usally wear the "grinch" lip.

When i use portions i usually use 2-3 at a time.

My typical routine is I wake up and take the dogs out and smoke a cigarette. Get ready for work and pop a portion in before I leave. While I'm at work, I snus all day. I leave them in for a long time though, so I probably only go through four or five while I'm working. I pop one in on my drive home. When I get home, I take the dogs out again and have another smoke. The rest of the evening I might have one or two portions.

On weekends, I might smoke one or two more cigarettes than the usual two, but not much more.

I used to smoke a little over a pack a day, so I've been able to cut down quite a bit. I'm going to give it a week or two and see if I can't eliminate the cigarettes all together.

With my 3ml, I use 1.5-2 lines of strong stuff and 2-3 for regular. 3 lines really is pushing it for my mouth. I suspect a larger Icetool will be in my future...

If I'm using only loose, roughly half a can per day. If I'm using portions, half a can to a can per day. Some days I use both, which makes things complicated.

This is all estimation. I don't really count. If I'm awake, chances are I've got a portion or a pris in. If I don't have one in, I will shortly.

Anywhere from 10 to 15 portions a day. Most are large protions with a 1-2 ES mixed in

I use about 1.5-2 lines on my 3ml Icetool. A bit less with a sterk lös. Anything more than that is just impossible for me to keep together for more than 15 minutes.

I'm using about 8-10 pris a day. I mostly only use lös now, but a portion is ok too, but - being the economical bastard that I am, when I buy snus - I only buy lös now, because both are about $10 a can, and lös is about 45 grams but portion is only 24 and they seem to run much much faster.

At the moment, I use General Extra Sterk, Skruf stark, Ettan and Röda Lacket, so I can vary. Röda Lacket is by far the easiest to bake IMO.

holy hell! 3/4 a can of los a day? And...what do you mean you "add to it"?

I'm curious about the people that use an Icetool with their los...how many ml's do you guys use per pris? I bought a 5ml and I way under estimated how large that actually was. Should have went with the three. Anyhoo, I usually make a pris about 1 1/2 clicks/mls - whatever.

As for how much snus I use a day? I always have something in...about 10-12 portions/pris. All sterk/stark with a few exceptions.

Generally I start with 3.5 clicks on the 3 mil ice tool and as it wears down and gets swallowed i pitch 1-2 clicks on top. At home I just hillbilly it lol.

Kinda depends on what brands/type i'am using on a given day. Still on that phase of trying out what's available to see what i like. Rough estimate i go through about 5 to 8 portions per day and a can of los every three days.

i chain snus my 12 hour shift because if not i would probably stab someone with my red pen. also one before bed so i can sleep a happy man. this is better than the 2 packs i smoked a day ( 2 week no cig anniversery)

maybe 3 Thunder frost portions and 5 pris of General or Skruf. I have snus in my mouth prob half the time though. So i'm prob guessing. I'm on break before summer classes start and golfing up a storm. Snus must be in cause it helps my golf game immensly. Its performence enhancing :!:
