A good friend of mine just gave me some of this, and oh my God what the hell did I put in my mouth? Was cat piss used during the "wetting" process or something?
Maybe if it was a dry portion it would be ok, but I can't handle this. Oh well I guess I'll scratch it off my list.

He did make up for it though and gave me some Mocca Pomegranate to try. I hate minis, they do nothing for me, but the Mocca was actually pretty good. Hopefully a bigger portion will be available sometime.

Time to plot my revenge though, maybe I should break open some Frosted portions, make a huge pris, and feed it to his ass. I bet the huge nic hit and mouth burning would be plenty of payback.

If you do a search on this, you will find at least a hundred posts that go into depth what Elyxr is all about. It is NOT about the taste, yes, it tastes like a**, at least at first. But it is the most effective way I have EVER found at getting started in the morning. Many, many folks have discovered how useful Elyxr is after reading my many posts extolling it's functionality.

Yeah, it doesn't taste great. We do know that.

I really tried to stick with it to see if that initial yucky taste went away, but it didn't. I could definitely feel the effects right away but I just couldn't get over the taste. If Rebel could in some way improve the taste, or make a White portion I would definitely give it another shot.
Do you guys just deal with the taste, or do you actually like it?

lol, so what does it really taste like? I haven't been able to find a real description yet. People say it tastes like turpentine, cat piss, ass, ball cheese and a whole assortment of other, unflattering, flavors.

Is it really that bad? Does it kick you in the ass like an energy drink? If so, I could weather some crappy flavors for the pick me up.

There is no way to appropriately describe the taste, t is a unique experience. But I think my copyrighted 'It taste's like a**" comes closest. :wink:

And no, it doesn't kick you in the ass. Why I like t so much. You just start to feel really good within about 10 minutes. I have been using for over a year, and my morning routine, crawl out of bed, often on only a few hours of sleep. pop one in and hit the shower. by the time i am done with my shower, i feel human again. by the time i get on my motorcycle to go to work, I am clear and alert.

And sandman1911, it is an acquired taste. Use it long enough, you will stop hating it and *almost* come to like t. Once you get addicted to how it makes you feel, you almost start to look forward to t. Now, it is the longest snus I usually keep in my mouth, and I keep it in far longer than do to get the energy stuff out. why?? i don't know, i just seem to like keeping it in in the morning. will usually dump it when have finally made it to work, and gotten around to making coffee. As I sat down finally so my first cup of the coffee of the day, I spit the Elyxr out to put in a really good, other first snus of my day.

But for some reason I've always pictured it tasting like Red Bull or one of the cheaper clones. :?

I'll probably throw a can in on my next order. It's kind of odd though. Usually, people suggest something and I try it because their recommendations are good. This is the first time where the recommendations have been so bad that it's stoked my curiosity.

It tastes nothing like any energy drink out there. I still have some left, and will continue to try it, but after what I have tried so far I will probably never come back to it. I think I will stick with my large can of Red Bull and Claq Qui in the mornings.
