I used to watch TV quite frequently when I was younger. When you quit, it seems like you're losing a friend! After a while, you will get used to having no television. Who knows, maybe you will read a book (gasp!).

dude, do at$t dsl. i hate 'em as much as anyone but the stream is fast enough (in my area) that i watch * new movies. i'm on an imac 24" alum. 25 bucks a month.

download ^ 1 mb sec. most of the time.

ya can quote me badfish, the speed is fast enough to watch news, the simpsons, and buffer that latest clint eastwood movie for $25 a month. all at one time. and i hate at$t. but it works and they haven't eviscerated me... yet... :?

I guess we can get dsl thru at&t. The last time I had it I had bellsouth. They were jackholes! They kept cutting off our service by mistake. Whenever I qould call about it they'd tell me they had shut off the wrong account by mistake!

Just so you guys know I'll be cutting our ordering down to once a month. We haven't put snus above anything important (yet) but have been ordering almost every 2 weeks since we started. Never more than about 100.00 USD. Doesn't seem to bad. Considering the PACT Act could be a very real future.

The TV is however NOT that great. Only have antenna and movies both of which get old. Now I'd be ticked if I had cable or Dish or something.

Anybody on the market for a 50inch LCD DLP??? (parts needed priced at 134.99). I'll take 450.00! :lol:
