Chain Snusers

im constantly drinking water during my snusing. It's almost like popping a fresh one into my mouth!

However, the flavor does seem to fade faster the more water I drink, but thats obvious.

I don't chain snus. The highest number in a day I have snussed so far was 7 (if not 6).
It appears that if I snus too often I stop feeling pleasant effects ( I don't necessarily overdose on nicotine, but I do feel like I have a bit too much in to enjoy it).
Even when I smoked I rarely smoked more than 10 cigarretes a day - more often about 8.

I pop in a portion after getting to work and then snus throughout the day. The only time I don't have a portion in is while eating. The number of portions varies depending upon how long the flavor lasts for that particular brand.

i pop snus in my mouth like a kid eating those goldfish crackers. double barrel 'em most of the time so far, but i'm tapering that down the further down the road i go from smoking all those cigs i used to smoke. :shock:

Depends on what i'am using. With portions i chain snuss, i'll pop the new one in on the opposite side of the old one. Keep them both in for about 5 min,then spit out the old. With los it's different, when i get done with a pris i won't get another for 20 min to an hr depending on mood.

I ALWAYS drink some water before putting in a new pris. Definitely increases my enjoyment.

And I think you're right. Ten minutes just gives my mouth enough time to refresh so that when I put in the new pris, all I'm tasting is the fresh flavor.

I don't really know why I feel compelled to wait a few minutes between, but I do.

The short break seems to refresh the mouth, and clear the palate. Just 10 minutes seems to make a big difference in enjoyment.

The only time I chain snus is when I'm motorcycling for a long time, because the portion usually wears out on me before I need to stop, so when I do stop, I always want another.
The most I've done in a day would be eight portions, and the least would be...well zero I guess. Yes there is a rare day where I just don't snus, not on purpose, it just happens :wink:
Usually leave a 2.5 to 3 hour gap between each portion, sometimes longer. I get through 4 or 5 portions/pris a day ops:

Chain the hell out of it. I usually have a 4 hour break from about 6pm to 10pm where I don't have any in, but before and after that, its go time.

I only keep pris/portions in for about an hour to hour and a half. By then they seem dead for me, or the pris is gettin mushy.

Note: I have an icetool that i use at work cause its cleaner, but for some stupid reason recently, I am liking a very loose bake when I have los in. Kind of like a hillbilly hybrid.

I usually keep a portion in 1 1/2 to 2 hrs at a time, usually a 1/2 hour in between, so I do 4 portions at work, get home and have dinner, then usually do some loose about 2 hrs, then prepare for bed. This is my usual daily usage.

Yep I'm a proud member of the snuson.com chain gang. It’s pretty much all day all the time (except when I'm eating or sleeping).
