Yellow portions was like the first time I fell in love. It was all bliss, but like life and love, all good things come to an end. I over did it making it my one and only till I got burnt out. I'd taken a few months off and today pop'd in a portion and remembered the good old days. It's a great snus and manufactuer.

Mine as well. Green, Yellow, and both Jak offerings are amongst my favorites. Haven't tried grey yet, but it will probably be in my next order.

I wish they made green in los.

my only problem with the portions is that they get bitter after a short while.

maybe vit portions would be better?

I think that's a core part of their style. The snus does tend to be on the bitter side, which is one of the things I love about it. They're already fairly dry. Gotland snus falls somewhere between a regular, and white portion for moisture content.

Gotland green is one of the few snuses out there that gives me flavor all the time with no tampering. I haven't had any bitterness issues, maybe it's just my taste 8)
and as for level, well...haven't tried it but all this pimping and controversy has me wondering...
could be like Natty light, though. Lots of people drink it every day...i am not one of those people

I honestly don't know why they don't make it in a los form; I know it would be one of my favorites.

Jimmy from Gotlandssnus did post about this once. He said that they couldn't replicate the flavour succesfully in lös for some reason (he didn't elaborate)

I've only tried Green and it's alright, but I only use it when I'm bored with the other stuff I have. It's never near the top of my list of considerations when I'm standing in front of the freezer.

I like the Gray, but then again I love black licorice.

I really like Gotlandssnus. Yellow is my absolute favorite of their products, followed closely by Grey and Green. Wish they hadn't changed the grind of their loose, but I'll still use it. I dig the bitterness and the natural flavors. It always tastes ultra fresh, too.

They're definitely one of the best manufacturers, that's for damn sure. Ettan by SM is my favorite, but I still make it a point to order Gotlandssnus products. Gotta support the smaller manufacturers, especially when the products they churn out are so delicious.

I think Unz is on here somewhere, isn't he??
Well, he wrote this article a little while back about Gotlandsnus

                            http://snuscentral.org/snusnus/mr-un...actory-ab.html

Apparently they're the only 100% Swedish snus manufacturer out there, for what it's worth.
Kinda the equivalent to....Samuel Adams beer or something. Sorry that's the best U.S. analogy I could come up with. Though they prolly have foreign stockholders so it prolly doesn't count either
I have much love for SM products, but am really looking forward to getting to try the full Gotland lineup, which I plan to do after reading all these comments.

I must say I am very impressed with Gotlandssnus... the first can I tried was the green... at first I didn't care for it much, but half way through the can I really started to like it. It reminds me very much of Lipton's Citrus Green Tea (which I am crazy for). I can also see the sour apple taste. This is one of my favorites.

The yellow is equally delicious, I can't decide wether it taste like chamomile tea or lemon cookies... and at the same time it has some peppery accents, that give it a sweet lemon pepper taste. The taste is delicious, but not overpowering... you can taste the natural tobacco taste through the entire portion. This is high quality tobacco compaired to some other snus I have tasted.
