What Snus has turned on you, and what has been a regular?

For me it would be Onyx. When Onyx first came out and the reviews very positive I ordered 3 cans of it and made it through a can and a half before I couldn't use it anymore. Since then I haven't gone back and have no desire for it anymore.

My regulars would have to be Ettan and RL los, been using them everyday and still love them.

I absolutely loved Gote Prima Fint, and the #2 portions but after overloading on them just really haven't been feelin the two. The Mocca Pomegranite was the same. Had to make myself use it after half a tin and still haven't been able to finish it.

I'm right there with ya on Onyx! That stuff turned on me in a big bad way. I can't stand to even look at the can anymore.

My favorites have become N&J and Claq Qui for the strongs. Retro, L.D, and Lucky Strike for the regulars. GES, Oden's ES, and Goat Rape for the los.

Knox is the only one that really turned bad on me. The first 2 cans were great, the third can was awful and I haven't ordered it since.
General is one that I like for 3 or 4 cans then I won't even look at it for a couple of months, then I'll start craving it again.

I haven't had any turn on me yet, but I have had a few I didn't like at first, now I like.

General Wintergreen. It was my second snus i tried, and flew through the first can. Now I'm struggling to get through the second can. I'm ordering the summer sampler from GetSnus, (I'm still a snoobie!) and it has another can of wintergreen in it that will probably be stuck in the freezer for a while.

Now Gen Winter, I didn't like at 1st, but I did one yesterday and thought it was great.

Onyx turned on me a bit. It wasn't as severe as other people's stories, but I just don't like it as much as I initially did. Gote #2 is the same.

Right now, for regulars, Roda Lacket and General ES seem to be at the top. I really like the Oden's Classic flavor, but the portion bag is kind of crappy and it keeps me from being able to use it all the time.

Lucky Strike for me. Thought it was terrific at first, then the "toasty" smoky crap they add got to me in a bad way. Haven't needed it since. I'll give it another go. Also, basically anything with fruity or minty flavor, with the exception of the gotlands lineup and its perfection of subtlety (as well as GR los), is a no-go for me these days. As for regulars, Skruf, Grov, and now Odens (not kanel) I don't get tired of.

Nick and Johnny was mine. And taught me what can happen when you overuse a snus.

My main regulars now are Retro White, Camel White, And Odens Kanel. 70% of my snus usage will be just those 3. But I throw something else into the mix every 3rd or 4th can just so I don't overuse any of the three.

I haven't had a snus turn on me yet, I'm on probably my 35th can on GB#2 and it's still as good as ever

Hopefully it won't, and anyways, I can be a pretty singular guy when it comes to things. I do switch it up with other flavors but GB#2 is my mainstay.

General Wintergreen is the only one to turn on me except for Northerner Energy but I don't really count that one...it was my first real snus and I loved it then I found everything else

I just load up on my favs:

Ettan, General, LS, and Grov (regular and black), and Skruf original portions.
Ettan, Grov, Goteburg Rape, and Phantom (classic and blue) los.

Everytime I finish a can of one brand I grab a can of a different brand out of the freezer.

I find this really helps with the whole "turning on you" deal.

Believe it or not, 1847 White was the best thing I ever tasted, the first time. The second time, it was a salty, flowery, abomination that ended up in the garbage. So now you might be asking yourself, "why does he still have that blasted picture up?"...it's just too awesome to take down. lol
