I think that factoid is out of date. The initial round tin test run was made in Sweden, but AFAIK the current rectangle tin snus is made in the USA.

That makes sense, then. I thought that was strange because I remembered looking it up online and finding out that it was based out of somewhere stateside. That was a while ago though.

for the people complaining about USA camel being weak, is it possible that you were using the promo snus? because that was far less potent (around 2mg per piece).

I used promo snus once, but I bought a can at the store before that. I can honestly say that the first portion of Camel i tried (store bought) didn't do that much for me, and I don't come from a smoking background. First portion of Catch lit my ass UP though :P

We had band recording today, and my guitarist who smokes, got a free can of Camel Frost, I think he had a coupon, and asked me if I wanted it. I said sure, thanks. Now it's been since Feburary when I 1st tried this, and at the time I was a total snus newbie, and I ended up pitchin them I think. So this new can now will be from a more experienced regular snuser, so maybe I'll have a different take this time. I'll report later.

Props to Camel, for blunt-force subtlety
Heh, it's because that is the only way to get anything across to the average American. Even then, it doesn't work half of the time.

I got some Camel frost and mellow today in the mail

Currently simmering a frost in the upper lip, and have done so for, hmm almost 2 hours now.
It doesn´t seem to pack much punch but it´s still fairly nice little thing.

And yes I´ll agree that it´s really sweet, if you play around with it, but since I never do that normally it´s not really a problem for me.

And it´s not juicing up at all like many seem to think.
Not bad at all overall, it´s a nice eye-opener for snus i think.
