I traded a friend the Grov I had left for some Gellivare and Landstoms he had frozen. I will let you all know as soon as I try them.
BTW, the top ten, I have a roll of each.

Interesting list. It's almost upside down from what my ranking would be. I particularly find the Grov unusual compared to Ettan's position.

I find my Sterks remain the same Claq Qui, Onyx, N&J, Grov black. and I am always rotating my regular portions, throughout the day

Welcome to the forum dave and thanks for the post. That’s a nice list you have there with many of my favorites.

If you have read the forum for any time now you will know that we always talk about how our tastes change and refine. One thing you'll have to do is after you finish, say, the third can in each of your rolls go back and resurrect this thread and give us an updated ranking. Its always fun to see what shifted, what fell completely out of the rankings, and what moved up.

The reason Grov got a low spot for me was it gave me a case of dip lip. Or a very painful mouth for a few days after 1 use. General ES is probably gonna remain my favorite because I have went through 2 rolls of it and still come back to it after changing up for a while. The thing with the list is that the ratings I gave them are not drastically far apart. They are close, kinda like comparing a boss 429 mustang to a zl1 camaro.

Wow after over a year of enjoying los I don't think I've tried that many. In fact, I haven't. What kinda rookie are we talking about here? I need to place another order... Good list tho. I have not tried Gustavus, Kronan, or Taboca los. Or Got Gra los either. I need to get on that. I strongly recommend Odens ES original los. Pernsonal favorite, and your top 2 are in my top 3.

This rookie went in balls first, the only way to find what u like is to sample the buffet. I did and was happy with the results. I didn't even rate the oden's es i tried because it made me sick(putting it mildly). If grov didn't eat my mouth up i would use it regularly too. Great flavor, but a case of the raw jaw i can do without. Oddly enough though after using each one a few times, i found out that what i use is whatever i get a wild hair in my butt to pull out of the freezer.

I've noticed from reading here how different people have different reactions to different snus'. Like the one guy who's gums bleed, I never had that, well, in the past I had some but that was before I knew what snus was then. Since then, not at all. And the reaction to Grov mentioned in this thread. Grov was my 1st los, and I love it, and it never affected my gums. I was never a dipper, I tried it a few times, but the cans always ended up in the trash. But snus has not affected my lip at all.

Los snus is a wierd world! I love los more and more, and I would give it up if I did not have access. my list in preference:

1. Grov
2. Ettan
3. Gottsland Yellow or Montecristo
4. Odens Kanal Original strength
5. Skruf
6. Prima Fint
7. Roda
8. Taboca
9. General ES
10. Odens ES Kanal

Grov just does the trick for me. Got to have it.

Grov was my first snus-love, both los and portions. Great stuff IMO. If they had a strong los that was more true to the original flavor I'd be all over it.

Not to say I don't like the others(except OR Licorice) these are the current line-ups. Don't know what it is about General ES but it is still a 3 can to 1 use over the others

LOL Kronan at the bottom. General es is a great snus, some how Swedish Match found away to hide crack in it. Have you tried all the OR?
