My first Pris of Los

I currently have in my first pris of los. It's Nordstrommen Dark Vanilla & so far so good. I used a "ghettotool" to make the pris and after about 30 minutes its still holding together well.

The smell reminded me of chocolate with a hint of vanilla. The taste is subtle, but I'm enjoying it very much right now. The los is a lot more comfortable than portions. This has been a great experience so far.

I plan on putting in an order of nothing but los & would appreciate some recommendations.

Steve you disappoint me! I was expecting a zmanesque review here.

As far as recommendations go...if you're looking for that subtle fruitiness, Roda Lacket is the way to go. It bakes very easily, and has a great flavor. I personally don't like fine grind, but if the grind was a little coarser, it would probably be one of my go to loses(is loses even a word?)

Prima Fint is also a very tasty, very easy to bake los. Again love the flavor, hate the grind.

Now Skruf is one of my favorites...it tastes awesome and still bakes fairly easily. To me, it's right in the middle grind wise.

My personal favorites in the los category are any of the Generals(which seem to be a love it or hate group) and Oden's. these to me have an awesome flavor, and that wonderful coarse grind.

I've never tried any of the V2 los besides the Nordy's, but tyhey seem to have quite a following, so I'm sure someone will be along shortly to advise you on those.

I'll throw in some offroad original with my order, strictly on your great descriptions.

The licorice will be a no go, because I can't stand the taste of licorice/anis.

I haven't compared the licorice, but in every other V2 product, the lös far surpasses the portion variant. I don't think I've had the licorice with coffee, I always go for the plainer flavors. I bet it's good though, it strikes me as being Greek.

it's really good with coffee lx, at least for me. i use the portion licorice in the morning because it's quick and convenient. like taking an aspirin when i awaken. maybe not greek, but a little gypsy. my next order, which will be the oliver twists from northerner, will have a can of licorice los in it. i still have a month's supply or more of snus here, but i gotta try those twists, so i'll throw that los in too. probably some other stuff too. maybe that sample pack that's got the lucky strike in it. but i wander. sorry, i just like this stuff. it got me off the cigs.

Hell, if you hated every other can of snus you tried, and threw it away, it would still be cheaper than cigarettes. Give LD Black a try if you haven't. It's my favorite licorice portion. I haven't had Offroad's portion, but I doubt I would like it better.

k. thanks for making me spend more money. jeeze, i should have never have come here. to be brutally honest, and i will try to interject some humor into this, as a noob i'm screwed. if i had just stayed with the camel and copenhagen i would have been able to curl myself into a dust bunny under my bed, comfortable with the company i keep. but nOO000ooo...
