Do you fluff you´r snus

So I came across a thred on a swedish forum about fluffing the snus pouches.

Do you do this aswell or put em in as they come?

Myself I usually only fluff certain makes like Göteborgs and a few others that usually are really hard and kinda square like so they get a little softer.

Otherwise it´s almost like a sugarcube under you´r lip.
A bonus question aswell, do you ever fold a snus pouch?
I tried but it´s gets too fat for my liking that way.

I almost always fluff them, and flip them. And often dump them out and try to put them back in that "star" formation.

depends on what it is, and where I am at... fluffing = more juice, compacting it = less juice. i fluff em at home or when i need that nic hit and flavor, if I am at work.. and I have a strong portion in and can't really spit, I will compact it. right now I have a throat infection and the snus juice irritates it so I am using los and compacting my portions at work.

I fluff if the tobacco is all bunched up on one end. I'll fold then too, but that's really it.
I like my portions a little on the sturdy side so the star pattern whites from General are usually great for me, require no fluffing. They start a little rough, but if they sit on your tongue a moment they'll soften right up.

Not as much as I used to. Now I find myself just popping them in my mouth like candy and moving it into position with my tongue. It's a sure-fire way to gross out anyone watching. :wink:

I generally fluff mine a bit to get the tobacco even. Seems that the portions often are very heavily loaded on one end and flat on the other.
