Cool, I think I might buy the Thunder sampler from Getsnus.

I can't seem to find it there. Did they drop it?

The two cans I bought in Georgia won't last long, and it may be a long time before I go there again.

I don't see them on the northerner web site either. I usually drive to GA every few months and buy about 10 cans to keep me stocked up. Not a snus that I use all day or every day but a nice distraction from my regular stuff.

Well, I'm heading back towards the same place I was working! Last week I worked three days in West Point, GA, and for the next month or so I'll be working in Lanett, AL. One city touches the other. I'll be right on the Georgia line!

I've found the "special" they sell for $1.49 and the "regular" priced Triumph for $4.19. I'll buy it for a buck and a half, but I'm not paying $4.19 + tax. It's good, but not THAT good.

They could have a winner on their hands if they'd price it better.

I don't think $4 is out of line for a snus price. That's more expensive than online, but isn't everything? :^D

$4 puts a bit cheaper than cigarettes, and it lasts most people at least twice as long as a pack of smokes would.

Just think of me as a super cheapskate.

                  $4.19 + 9% sales tax = $4.57!

I would be OK spending $4 for a quality can of snus at a store. I would even do $5 maybe...

My question is: what are the store names that sell Triumph, and if any of those are in my area, I'll check them out?

The store I bought from in Georgia was a Circle K. Don't know which other stores may have it.

If $5 snus is all I could find, I'd buy it. There may come a day when the only places we can buy will be local.

Yea, I'm going back to Atlanta in October to see The Gaslight Anthem, so I'm gonna stock up on it. It is not an all day snus, but a very nice treat.

Well, I just called 3 of the Circle K's in my area, and they all said they didn't have it, well one guy was foreign and just said he didn't know, and wouldn't say anything else.

Oh, out of curiosity, being sold unrefrigerated, is this stuff "moist"?
I was thinking Tourney is bone dry, to not need refrigeration. But then, I once bought some Grizzly pouches, and I think it was moist.

Thunder Frosted has a SLIGHT mint taste. I think I've used it so much I've grown to love it like no other. It's a minty snus, but not overbearing. If I could give it a flavor, I'd say "awesome." It's a good full time snus when you get used to the nic hit, which is strong and immediate. If you're going up the ladder on flavored/mint snus, Thunder is at the top and there is no other.

tom502, I think maybe you're not in one of the test market areas. It seems that Ohio and Georgia are the test markets. No word yet when it will be sold elsewhere.
