Why is snus so attractive?

For me I realized cigarettes are killing me, affecting my disc golf game and racquetball. Tired of being winded. Spending way too much money. I decided it would be wiser to spend my money on the other kind of smoke. It least it does something for me. Snus is convenient, discreet, you can use it in bars since the days of smoking are about over. Great at work. Great during disc golf. Cheaper, way cheaper. Tasty, and way more complex than cigarettes could ever even think about being. A little exclusive since I live in the states. But the main reason is health concern. Ive tried gum, it sucks, patch, didn't do it for me, but snus. ah snus.....

I went with health benefits relative to smoking, but there are a couple other reasons that are high on the list. The fact that I was able to quit smoking is one and that it's awesome tobacco goodness doesn't require me to spit all over the place is another, which I guess would fall into the "ease of use" category.

It really is all of the above. Snus was just a miracle discovery for me. I quit smoking with zero effort. I'm spending very little money on it compared to cigarettes, and I can breathe again. Even though it's still nicotine, the more slow release means that I never ever feel as awful as I did when smoking cigarettes.

The taste is a bonus. I agree with the people saying that it's complex and rewarding in the same way that beer and wine can be.

Oh shit, another disc golfer?

To be honest, playing disc golf seems to be when I want a cigarette the most. I have noticed that it's easier to play now that I don't smoke though. I live in WV though so all the courses are up and down mountains, which gets a little taxing.
