I've been snusing for only a little over a month. I began with Camel Frost, which I absolutely loved. When I placed my first order for Swedish snus, I went for flavor, hoping to replicate the sugary taste of Camel but with a higher concentration of nicotine. I ordered General Wintergreen, General Mini-mint, etc., and was immediately taken aback by how "un-sweet" they were. Along with my first order came General White Portion, Ettan, Grov and a few others. As time went on and I placed more orders for samplers through getsnus.com (I highly recommend these samplers -- try everything), I came to realize that I didn't really like the flavored snus as much. I have several tins of Camel that remain unopened in my freezer that have gone untouched and unnoticed. I had a very bad initial reaction to Ettan, but find that it's now one of my favorites. And I love Grov. Next week, when my new order comes in, I may have a new favorite.
The moral? Tantalize your tastebuds. Try as many as you can. What you don't like now, you might like later so don't throw anything away. Experiment.

). Although I have to give them credit for at least starting me on the path of real snus.
. 14 years of marriage as of yesterday and I still like the occasional kiss from my Wife hehe. As it's available locally, General in it's various forms became my baseline and I still go back to it regularly. The Sterk being my present fav from them.
