First snus - Better than I expected

I just went over to your site and read a couple of your reviews and you have done a very nice job with them. I hope that when there is a thread discussing a particular brand that you have reviewed that you will share your review here on the forum (just a little cut and paste and away you go).

I have like 80 cans of mini from when I started, and couldn't get the fix I needed, so I bumped up to regular/strong and now i have all these minis. Yeah, it sucks.

Why not list them at the snus exchange?

Day two of snus now. Yesterday, I ended up having 4 portions and 4 cigarettes. I normally smoke 8-10 roll-ups, so it was a good start. (I used to smoke 3 packs of Camel 100s every day, so I've made a lot of progress, but I can't seem to get any lower now.)

This is really kind of strange to say, but I haven't had a nicotine experience quite like this. When I first started smoking, I only felt dizzy and nauseous and then it just became the normal smoking satisfaction. This is different. It's actually pleasant. I know I'm taking in more than my normal level of nicotine and that I'll get used to this and that will probably go away, but for now, it's interesting.

and don't stress the quitting the smokes part. Just let that happen naturally.

I'm really hoping this is the way it will work for me. My problem with quitting smoking is that I end up thinking way too much about it and getting super stressed and tangled up. All the discussions on this forum have been very helpful, but your posts in particular have made me most optimistic. I hope you're right when you say the snus will win!

Chad- I have a few minis too, and I am not a mini fan. I haven't had one yet, but I think I'd like a maxi. But what I do with minis, is double barrel them. One on each side of my mouth. It's not bad like that, and you'll use up the can pretty quick, and it's more unnoticible, if that matters. I have 2 portions left of my Tre Ankare minis, and I will use them up today.
