I wanna use my cool looking Skoal lid

Skoal sent me this nice looking snuff lid for some reason I don't remember anymore.
Of course it doesn't fit any of the snus containers I have.
So I thought, buy some Skoal and keep my snus in that but it looks like they are just the cardboard containers.
What about Skoal Snus? Are they plastic? Same size as their snuff containers?

Sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but the skoal snus I have is a square container with an integral lid. It won't work with a round "dip" lid.

Being the sucker that I am for free shwag, I got a Skoal Mud Jug from registering on their site. What do you do with an ugly portable spittoon when you don't dip? Maybe a vase? Some nice lilies in there would be funny... eBay's always an option. Could put it out back and practice spitting watermelon seeds or something...

I am the same anthony, I also recieved the free mudjug and do not really dip!! Oh well, it will make a nice change jar!!!

I use the spittoon for used portions and lös. I cut off a bit of the funnel to make the opening bigger, but it works pretty well.

The lid? I don't know. I'd kind of like to use mine also, but don't know how. Maybe a dipper could chime in, but are the plastic dip tins the same size as the paperboard tins? You could get some dip in the plastic tin if that were the case.

You can always go by a can of Skoal bandits- I think they are plastic. If not buy another brand of dip that is plastic (just check the size/amount to make sure it is the same as skoal). I know the Red Seal cans are bigger and so won't work. But the rest should be pretty standard. Thus the lid should fit. In fact it might be cheeper just to go with an off brand right away and remove the wrapper.

I'd take the lid with me to see if it looks like it will work.
