I was finally able to get some snus at a local cigar shop after withdrawing the last two weeks.

They had a good selection, i picked up some
-General los
-Ettan white portions
-General Onyx
-Grov los
- Offroad licorice los

I was surprised when i saw this much variety in a local shop

There is hope after all! I live out in Western NC so you are only about 2 or so hours away. Hell, I'd drive that once a month to get me some snus!

The shop opened about 2 months ago, its called CJ's. I went in there after work today to ask him a couple questions. He said that he was starting to dip into the snus world, but that he is not sure how long he will continue to carry it due to the up coming importing issues. Hopefully he will just order a ton and stock up before its too late :shock:

I cannot find a listing. Is this a liquor store? Some liquor stores in KY sell General products. I would happily drive down there to check out his selection.

Yeah, the whole point of the bill is to drive ALL tobacco purchases to regulated stores so no tax money can escape. It is NOT anti-tobacco, They still need our tax money, trust me!!

(2) PROHIBITION ON DELIVERY-

`(A) IN GENERAL- Commencing on the date that is 60 days after the date of the initial distribution or availability of the list under paragraph (1)(A), no person who receives the list under paragraph (1), and no person who delivers cigarettes or smokeless tobacco to consumers, shall knowingly complete, cause to be completed, or complete its portion of a delivery of any package for any person whose name and address are on the list, unless--

`(i) the person making the delivery knows or believes in good faith that the item does not include cigarettes or smokeless tobacco;

`(ii) the delivery is made to a person lawfully engaged in the business of manufacturing, distributing, or selling cigarettes or smokeless tobacco; or

Please correct his misinformation. He can continue to import ANYTHING he pleases. PACT ash NO affect on him
