Opinions on Oden's?

I have tried the Oden's Kanel (non ES, just the regular nic content), and it was pretty good, this was a few months ago and I was thinking about checking into Oden's again.

what do you guys think about the Kanel ES? Also, the Oden's Classic ES? Any thoughts on these two products would be appreciated.

i have had the regular odens classic OP and could not stand it. it was just too much, extra strong smell and the taste was like a fire in my mouth..i dont know maybe i got a bad can (it was my mystery can both times from getsnus)

I sorta liked Odens Classic Kanel Portions when I 1st got them, but not so much now. The taste isn't bad, it's just not something I like. I also had some Odens Classic Original Portion, and this one is OK. It's kinda different. I read it described as pizza tasting, and I see that, in that it has a slight sweet spicyness. I also had some Odens Classic Kanel Los, and it's decent, with a slight cinnamon taste, but like the Kanel portions, I found it's not something I really like. Of course tastes can change, but this is what I think as I type this.

I liked Oden's at first, but it turned on me fairly quickly. I like the flavor, but it doesn't last very long. Then you're left with that cardboard taste from the portion material. I suppose that if you only keep portions in for a half hour or so, it would be pretty good!

I like the ES Kanel Los bunches. It's not an all the time snus for me though. I will have it in the morning with coffee, or after dinner. For me its the kind of snus where a little goes a long way. Three prisses in one day seems to be my average with it...so a can goes a long way. Good stuff though, the pris holds nicely and does not go bitter on me for at least 1.5 hrs. Last cans I bought were on sale at getsnus for buy 5 get 2 free for $15...so I grabbed 14 cans for $30...that will last me forever with this stuff. Right now they are selling some @ getsnus for $1.65 a can since its getting close to the best by date.

I cant say anything about Oden's Portions 'cuse I've only had thier los.

I personally hate Odens kanel extra stark. It is a good idea, but for me it gets a little to bitter, and the portion material is bad. I am looking forward to trying catch cinnamon.

I like both the kanel and the classic (both los both regular strength). To me the Oden Classic has a unique taste that I have not found in other los varieties. There seems to be a subtle eucalyptus flavor in the background. Nothing major but it adds a nice touch.

The grind on both is nice (not too fine not too course). Basically it shares all the similarities of other V2 products in the cut and feel department.

The kanel is good but just never really stood out much to me. I will throw in a can here or there and am always glad I did but not enough to order quantity. The classic on the other hand is a regular in my rotation.

I recommend you give both a try if you have not already. Also both are a good beginner snuses for those trying los.

One more thing: is it me, or is there a significant amount more snus in the kanel cans than in any other brand? It just always seems the kanel cans are noticeably heavier and more firmly packed (my guess is 50g)

Original ES portion and los are the only Odens I've tried, haven't ventured into the Kanel or regular strengths. But these two are far and away my #1 snus. I'm down to my last can of my first roll ever, of the portions, and I'm getting worried. Must... Order... More.

Odens is strange stuff to me, it is my second most used snus, but, in portions, I only like the Kanal original strength, and only with coffee, by itself it is short lived and burns. The ES Kanal portions are way too potent for me.
The ES Kanal los is a joy though, some what sweet and complex. Go figure!

And Odens has the worst quality control on the portions I have seen, torn bags and uneven portion counts are the norm!!!!!!

Is that Catch cinnamon already out or is something in the future? Brachs cinnamon candy is my all time favorite. If I had a dollar for every piece I have eaten, I would be able to buy every one on Snuson a roll of their favorite. I understand that Oden's is not well liked but if anything related to cinnamon is available, I have to try it.

Catch seems to have better reviews on the taste so let me know where to find it.

it will be the next catch flavor released. Cardamon cinnamon. I wouldn't expect it out until around Dec. I might give the Oden's another try, but Ill probably go for the loose kanel and try the original.

Odens Es Kanel portion and loose are still my main go to's for the morning. Keep trying a few others and end up back at them. Portion is the first thing in my mouth every day as I watch the coffee brew. This serves 2 purposes that I haven't found anything else to work as of yet 1) the extra nic hit I need first thing in the morning and 2) goes damn well with coffee.

I put in a los on the way to work for the same reasons and it's become a flavor I expect. The los is a lot more subtle in flavor for me anyway. I've barely touched the classic so I don't have enough info yet to compare.

So far, Thunder Frosted and Oden ES Kanel are the only ones that have gone on my "order roll" list.

Chad, Odens Kanel ES is my standard Sterk. I use it half the time. Every blue moon, I think I may have played it out, gets close to the border of just "too much". But I have been using it intensely this way now for at least 5 months, so it is holding it's own.

As it is though, I have reduced my sterk usage to about 4 portions a day. So no matter what, I don't use too much on any given day
