How much snusing is too much

Hello guys, I don't have many other users to relate to around here, so I really don't know if I'm using too much or what..
I keep a " ball " of snus in my mouth for 1 h more or less. When that goes tasteless, I replace it.
A can of Offroad lasts me about 3 days.

What do you think?

Depends.
Some Norwegians and Swedes use a can of loose every day!!! :shock:
A can of General or Ettan (loose) can last me 7 days or more but Offroad lasts me just a little bit less. About 6.

The average in Sweden is one can every 2 days. But tha'st including women. Most men go through a can in 1-1½ days.

I can go through 1½ cans in one day if drinking is involved.

i can relate to the drinking thing, just yesterday i used a ton, cant remember how much since it was my friends...but hey, free snus for me 8)

I can go through a can if I'm drinking.

but normaly it's a can over 3 days or something like that.

either:

headaches/nausea from too much nicotine

a worn out mouth where your tastebuds are overloaded...as though you ate some really salty, rough food (like sunflower seeds)

your stomach aches from having to swallow too much saliva

you're using more than you can afford on other more important things


that's what happens to me when i do it non stop (yet to get into a financial issue though). of course, most people would stop when they get to those points so just listen to yourself. if you feel like shit and you think snus is the cause, take a break. i don't mean to sound like captain obvious but i don't know what is 'too much' besides those indicators.
