Okay, whoever sent "Mr Unz" an email, I want to officially thank you for making an idiot of yourself. I RARELY lower myself to the level of people who start to cause problems, but I found this situation so humorous that I had to bring attention to it.

I received an email from Larry at SnusCentral stating that someone had sent him a message/email stating that I had "lifted graphics from his blog/website/etc". If you remember correctly, Anthony posted the message first this morning. Did he lift the graphics? I commented on it with my review at...oh, what time was it? Let me check the post.

If you guys were watching SnusCentral, Larry's review went up sometime this afternoon, because before that it said "Larry is handling this personally" and his preview wasn't up yet. His went up this afternoon.

So how could I have "lifted" pictures from his preview if mine went up before his?

Let me make it clear. Mine went up this morning. Anthony had the same pics I had this morning before SnusCentral even POSTED an article about this. How could I have stolen his "pictures" if his weren't posted yet?

I want to thank you for bringing this to his attention and making me look like a jackass when I didn't do anything, and you, whoever you are - are very misinformed.

I consider SnusOn my online home in the snus world. Many people here I consider friends. But whoever the person is who felt the need to stir this up, I sincerely hope you get a life. And check your facts before you try and make issues over something that can be so easily disputed.

Don't worry about it Chad, the evidence speaks for itself. When you get down to it, I imagine the pictures belong to Swedish Match. You just keep doing what you're doing, and don't worry about what other people think :^)

like paulwall said, who really cares? theyre just pictures. if that dudes pissy about you potentially "stealing" his images, hes probably a prick and the kind of person i wouldnt want anything to do with. theyre images, images he most likely didnt take, of a product he definitely didnt create. this is the internet. ...what do you think happens with pictures on the internet?

it is a new product by swedish match and thus is generating a lot of buzz. it is only natural to assume images of the cans are going to get posted around, it doesnt hurt anyone.

i dont really know if the snuscentral guy is mad about it, but i dont see why else he would email you about it, so i guess my advice to him is, lighten up. no one likes a lars ulrich.

Yeah, knowing someone is a pussy and doing this to you?? That's not fun. And trust me, I have had my share of pussys lately.

But never worth stressing about.

My only advice to you my friend. Resist the pull to get into some type of competition with anyone to see who can post new information first. Just makes everyone look foolish and small IMHO.

That was the thing I said to him in the email I sent back - we both do things differently, he does his thing, I do mine, the other snus fellow online does his. Each of us do things differently and each of us reach a different audience. I told him not to let this get between us because we're really all working for the same cause - to tell people about snus.

The only part that made me kinda pissy about it was the fact that someone felt like stirring something up between us knowing about the history he and I already have.

End of rant, I sent him an email last night with the times and everything on it, so I'm sure he saw that and understood the confusion. Today's a new day.
