Northerner running slow?

I'm going to take a guess and say Swiss Post is the cause of the slowdown. He should of just stuck with Swedish Post for shipments to the USA.

When Northerner switched over to Swiss post, it almost doubled the "Average" time for an order. What had been 6 days, went to 13 as an "average"

Since I get paid once a month on the first, ever yorder is made that day, kinda makes it easy to track time. My Northerner order arrived this morning, so 12 days.

15 is still longer than most people are seeing. Give it a few more days, if nothing by the 21st, e-mail them.

And if you think you might run out before, say something now. I am sure we can get a few folks to help you out, help cover for you.

Well there might actually be a problem with Swisspost itself.

I'm now in day 11 waiting for my delivery and I'm panicking a little now as I don't want to smoke. It has NEVER taken this long, it's usually 4-5 days to the UK. I wrote to Northerner and they responded very quickly - they told me to get back to them if I haven't received it by the 17th.

Thanks for posting this as it effectively flags up customer issues and I hope Northerner is watching and listening. Deliveries are sooooooo important.

Write to them - now.

Thanks for the kind offer, Sage. It's amazing the cool people you meet on
forums ... kind of makes me wonder how wars manage to garner so much
popular support.

I already emailed Northerner and they told me to get back to them if I don't
see anything by the 16th. Ripping a page out of fellow snus-ers here
and their well stocked freezers, I've done a quick order with getsnus. They are pretty good to deal with, called me back to avoid a back order on a los item and threw in a prismaster. I already have a tracking number and it looks like I'll see it Thursday. I also found a local cigar shop with some general I can get today. Probably some dust on them but hey, desperation reigns.

Lesson learned, I'll set up a good stock and order sooner. The credit card is
taking a serious hit but hey it's still a better choice than Copenhagen.
Healthier, cleaner, and surprisingly better tasting. And the big variety is a
plus and gives one another good reason to network on this forum.

With the stock I'm building maybe I can feel qualified to get in to a box pass,
that sounds way cool.

I have been posting the same thing fo 2 years now everytime anyone posts that tey are stressing about an ordr not here yet and they are about to run out. There is just no reason for it. I never order withiut at least 20 in the freezer. 40 day supply. 3ven if order IS lost, time to get 2nd order and I will still have snus in reserve. I don' want to come off as harsh, but I just don't understand why folks don't do that.

Good point. I try to keep a stock, I've only run out once, and I wasn't TOTALLY out - just out of my regulars. But when you order, you save money in the long run by buying all at once because you're saving on shipping you'd be paying by order 3 or 4 times over a few months.

Just found a deal on craigslist for a refrigerator. My garage/motorcycle shop
is now complete, snus mass-storage problem solved, and I'll have cold beer
right where it's most needed! Yeah, I'll be sharing space with the occasional
watermelon and sale produce dujour but I'm golden now!

yeah dude, i got a free mini fridge outta helpin my buddy move, it now resides in my video game room(storage room that i stacked boxes high as i could on the side so i could fit my tv, xbox, chair, and mini fridge) cold ones, tonic water, and lots of snus cans an arms reach away.

With house prices in London as high as they are (£280000 for my tiny 2 bed) there isn't a lot of space for my small fridge freezer and the wife doesn't like the freezer stuffed with snus (quite rightly). I always order when I get down to 10 and Northerner normally ship extremely quickly.

We're not all lucky enough to have huge american style freezers. We tend to like to put food in the small space that we have..

My solution. Dump the wife, then fill your freezer with snus to your heart's content. Just a question of priorities.
